I am pretty flexible on a lot of things, but here is a small list of what i would really like it to include:
1-comfortable/clean
2-near the airport
3-doesn’t require me to have a car down there
4-affordable (not needing the cheapest thin around, especially if it has good amenities).

Thanks in advance for the help
Check out blockedinncrashpads.com.

They have two MIA pads in Miami Springs, just north of 36th. Nice. clean houses. Several pricing options. Lyft is $9 +/- from the main terminal, usually a 15 minute ride or so.
