Anything else you think I should consider?
Your math is off a little. Only about 1000 of those pilots work the line. The rest are management, off-line training dept, medical, military, and employment leaves. Only some of those 1000 on-line pilots work a full schedule. Our work rules and bidding rules allow a wide variety of monthly schedules. Some if not many pilots credit over 100 hours per month of pay and some max out their block hours. If you want max time at XJT, you can get it.
