I expect positive changes in Xjet’s CPP program in the next month or two.

For now, I am where I am. That could change if the Ejets move over to Xjet and upgrade time drop to new hire like they are at CommutAir.
They stopped the up-front Hogan and interview thing at CommutAir a little while ago. There isn't too much difference that I'm aware of now. The main reason why the CPP is fast at CommutAir now (despite United taking a much smaller percentage of hires from CommutAir) is because it's a much smaller and more junior pilot group there.

There are around 200 people in the CPP pool at ExpressJet now. The junior people in the pool are probably 2017 and 2018 hires. Over 200 people went to United through the XJT CPP in 2018, so if we see similar numbers in 2019, we should start seeing very junior people (3 years or less) moving on to United by the end of 2019.

There are a few other factors at play, like people passing their second chance attempts, and former ASA pilots who will soon become eligible for their first attempt.
