At CommutAir, nothing happens as far as the CPP goes until new hires finish IOE. After that, they can request the Hogan and then schedule an interview. They changed it to the current system about 6 months ago.
Thanks for clarifying how CPP works at CommutAir. This is close to what I heard. Basically, you know early on if you are bound for United and don’t have to waste your time at CommutAir if you don’t pass United’s muster. I expect this to come to Xjet soon after the close.
