I like my cache, it lets me be lazy on the web. Clearing it is a PITA since it erases a lot of things I'd prefer to keep. Because this bidding software uses the cache to allow you to interact with it offline. That was the union requirement. Not many if any other websites let you "download" the platform on any device to use outside of the internet.
