No. Any portion of a vacation that’s in a particular bid period must stay in that bid period when it comes to the PBS slide function.
You’re also asking to move vacation from the 2019-20 vacation year back to the 2018-19 year. Not sure that’s possible even through the Vacation move-up process.
My April 1st vacation was awarded last year I think, but I figured I couldn’t move it to a preceding month. I think it originally was scheduled to start Mar 31st but I borrowed an IVD to drop a trip last summer.
