I am in the pool at JB, but would consider Frontier due to living in one of your domiciles (within 40 minutes of airport), versus 2.5 hour drive at JB or a commute. Much more growth at Frontier as well, and possibly much shorter upgrade, especially in junior domicile (where I live).

We have ALOT of growth on the horizon. We have around 1300 pilots on the list right now, with 175ish airplanes coming. Our fleet right now is only 84 planes.
The pay is a lot better now, 401k DC is currently 12% and will work its way up to 15% in 3 years.
Overall JetBlue is a great company. I think Frontier could become be a good airline, and with all the growth I don’t think you would regret coming here.
Im guessing you live in the Philly area, that’s currently the junior base and it’s currently growing the fastest.
