Educate yourself and you’ll quickly see how all the regionals are always fighting over the same piece of “scope” pie. The only reason OO bought a “****” ton of 70 seat 175’s is because 76 seat scope is maxed out. It’s all ratioed at what’s going on at mainline in Section 1 of the PWA and regardless of what happens DCI scope on 76 seaters can’t grow more than where it’s at, unless a new agreement is made with Delta ALPA and Delta management.
