The discussion is about dudes getting hired today and whether getting hired here now is as good of an opportunity as getting hired by those at the top of our peerset. My seniority number isn't that far behind yours, so it doesn't make much sense for me to leave. Plus it's quite a painful process to start over, which you know full well. What I want is for JB to find it's rudder, find some leadership SOMEWHERE, and realize it's potential for the benefit of all of us. Stop the FAKE culture and to get off the bottom of the peerset in comp, bennies and work rules.
I'm no bluehero, and I'm not looking for a happy happy joy joy, or a cup and tickle. It's the false negatives and the "honesty" that I find annoying when guys are looking for legit intel while trying to make a decision.
I have no issues calling out the legit BS and I think I've been pretty fair in that aspect over the years.
We are in full agreement with jb finding it's rudder and the culture. It's a bítch board and we come here to get it out. However some of the arguments here imo are baseless.
