Bottom line, UPA says what it does, company will have that as policy, they will make exceptions when it suits them, we will allow that because it can be a good deal for a pilot. Same with a day room or quick turn in base hotel on a reserve when the company grants it even if not required by the contract.

We accept they will make exceptions that help us and them. We agree not to try and push the “past practice” button.
