I’ll piggy back off what Captain Kirk said. I was out for 10 years. Flew 4 hours in a 172 to get a BFR and IPC. Interviewed with Compass, went through training with minimal hiccups. Study the callout and flows and be ready to learn. I was definitely rusty but it came back pretty quick. I chose Compass for the west coast bases. So far so good. Pm if you need more info
