We have lots of different reserve schedules.

Long call, 12 hours.
Short call, 2 hours.

With short call you bid for a window, the early one starting at 4am and the latest one starting at 7pm. You can bid on open time for the following day. The new contract states that the trip has to be the same number of days as you have left on reserve or that minus 1day. So if you are on rsv for 3 days, you can only bid 2 or 3 day trips on rsv.

The reserve rules are all new with the new contract. They made it possible to make extra money on rsv which is nice.

But to sum up, there are lots of different choices on reserve. The really different new one is called Fixed Days Off. Basically you are a slave to the company for 18 days in a row and then you get 12 days off in a row. The company only needs ty o give you 30 hours rest in domicile every week during your 18 day stretch.
