I have no issues calling out the legit BS and I think I've been pretty fair in that aspect over the years.

We are in full agreement with jb finding it's rudder and the culture. It's a bítch board and we come here to get it out. However some of the arguments here imo are baseless.
I agree with this.

We all *****, even the DL guys making $500k/yr do, but some of the stuff I've read on the JB board are ridiculous. Before coming here I read a lot of guys saying to stay at your regional because JB is awful. That sort of thing helps nobody and is deceitful in my mind. Had I stayed at my regional, I'd be on year 5 capt pay making less than I do here as a 2nd year FO. My QOL wouldn't be anywhere near what I have now either, and I may never get a call from the big 3. This job is ridiculously easy and you can work as much or as little as you want.

I also love when people say that guys should go to DL/UA/AA/FDX and we're dumb if we come here, as if we have a choice. My apps have been in for the big 3 for many years and the phone is still silent. If they call me, I'll be in the first class they offer me, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy working here, and I can make a seriously good living here. It's fine to complain but some people just way over do it. I'm never one for saying "If you don't like it, leave", because I think it's important to make our workplace as great as possible for us, but for some guys who do nothing but ***** and claim they 'miss their regionals', then maybe you really should just leave and go find happiness somewhere else.
