We could probably only guess at the qualitative/quantitative value of each factor, but I got the distinct impression that they were looking at the whole person, and not just hiring guys who had passed a certain TT or PIC milestone. I'm a mil guy who has pretty good representation in each category and I got the job fair invite with under 2500TT.
I agree with the above statement. There are many people here with considerably more hours than me. One of the guys that recommended me also said they are looking at the whole package, not just hours and ratings.

I wonder if they look at the profile of those who submitted the recommendation. Maybe some weight is given to a person recommended by only three pilots but those three only recommended one person each versus someone recommending 5 or more. Looks like I am trying to see how many times I can say recommended in one sentence.
