If the word is out that this is retirement focused, who do you think picks up the phone or ensures the number is not missed?
That said, there’s no perfect solution but thoughtful contemplation from those who care to participate is better IMHO.
It’s polling. They don’t care if you answer. They care that they get a more across the board slice of the pilot group for those who do answer.
