Does anyone know if in processing the moves do the reserve rules have to be followed for each move, or just within each priority? For example if my first move breaks a rule, but the next fixes it within that first priority will it allow that?
Fairly certain it's every move. Sometimes I've had to move days I really didn't want to, only to move them back, just to keep within the reserve rules.
