Not sure about APD, but LCA override is an extra $25/hour. Not sure what they credit per month. Most sim instructors credit 150-200 hours between instructing and the occasional line flying, so I’d imagine LCA work is similar.
This is accurate from what I’ve seen. Although there are a couple of SIM guys that credit a ridiculous amount. Most credit I’ve seen/heard of in a month is 275.0 but that was with only 2 days off for the whole month.
