I bet the morale at Expressjet has risen quite a bit, being out from under SkyWest's boot - but I also bet that's largely due to hope of growth, not actual growth. There's a great chance it will grow, but it has been doing the opposite of growing. Flight time at the company, as a whole, is down 38 percent YoY.
Whereas Commutair has been adding about a jet per month for the past several months.
I think Expressjet will grow "big league", but it just hasn't started yet, and as such is somewhat of an unknown.
By when do you have to make a decision?
