I actually have multiple times in the last 6 months for medical leave. I have always gotten a prompt response. If I don’t I get my CP involved and I get answers.
As far as figuring it out. Did you ask your CP or email your union rep? Both get back to you quickly. Also don’t your get the union blastmails? The last update stated the EQO is paid on 1/24.
