We all shelled out the cash for the proper uniforms pants, shirts, ties and whatever else will make us look professional once we hit the line, if you’re getting hung up over a new hire pilot wearing a coat that actual protects them against the elements during a walk around in -10 and snow then you may need to re-evaluate some things about yourself.
