No, not at all. It's an issue that permeates the ranks in both seats and society in general. But it appears to be more of an issue with the new hires. Perhaps the insulting first year pay doesn't make this seem like a real job. Judicious use of the parking brake and a 'whenever you're ready' usually gets the message across with little conflict.
