I’ve seen an improvement in road QOL. How long it will last I can not guess.

The cultural issues that prevent NJA from reaching it's potential still exist, and in fact seem as entrenched as ever.

We’ve lost a lot of good talent in the last several years and I find that demoralizing.

Hopefully this new CBA is a step in the right direction (along with many other steps to come).
