10-14 days is only possible if you call in sick the other 3-7 days. You WILL work 16+ days. That will either be in 1 block, with 13-14 days off, or in a couple blocks with at least 5 days off in between. Seniority means nothing either. The #1 guy and the #1746 guy both work 17 days.
