I just think people will start choosing money over QOL. That’s effectively what happened by voting the IBI on property in the first place. Pilots voted yes to being paid more to work more. Time will tell for you guys but there will absolutely be issues on the road for those who want to look the other way when a maintenance squawk comes up, or not fatiguing when they should.
