As the wai, obap and NGPA job fairs get lumped into the same bucket on here I listed three traditionally marginalized groups who happen to be discussed congruently on this board. When you call your black friend who is an airline pilot for the frank discussion ask him if he feels that women and gay people might have similar experiences and thoughts on diversity and inclusion.
