What happens when one pilot fatigues and the other says let’s keep going? Gonna be some fist fights when one sees giving up thousands.
I was told by a 19 year captain to just call and not even consult the other pilot if your fatiguing, then there is no pressure, not fight, its all done by the time you tell the Captain your grabbing your bag and headed to the hotel.
