It may also say the group is willing to accept long contracts without industry standard COLA and without knowing how profitable the company is before they vote.
It may also say our group is uneducated when it comes to organized labor and that we don't want to or can't push for what LCCs or majors have.
It may also mean without proper section 6 and without the will for it many pilots have given up.
It may also say many will vote Yes for anything with the hopes of not being at NetJets for the later stages of the agreement or another IBI.
It may also say many will retire in 5-15 years and thought this is the best we can do now so why not vote Yes?
It may also say many of us were sick and tired of a large amount of our pilots not working on the road and making life difficult for the past few years with multiple schedule changes per day.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'm happy for the improvements but it is far from perfect and I still maintain we sell ourselves short.
Who knows what it means. Time will tell.
What I do know is if you don't like the way NJA is run or if you don't like the culture ... Leave. It ain't changing and nobody is gonna change it.
