This contract passed by the highest percentage yet. I believe it says the group is confident in our union leadership going forward. Yes, there is always improvements that can be made, but it is a two way street and you can't have everything.

Ehhh, the pilot group just does whatever the union tells them. I’m super glad they got a raise in this IBI, lord knows it is deserved, but it was at yet another delay to extremely necessary contract reworking which is sad to see. I would have loved to see that happen this round so it’s a bummer it won’t happen for another 6 years potentially.
I suppose at the end of the day, if the pilot group is happy with it, then they have gotten what they deserve (don’t mean that in a snarky way), and have gotten what they’ve asked for in that regard. That’s all that matters really.
