Can someone breakdown for me why the QOL at PSA is better than Piedmont for pilots in the CLT area? Also, what is SAP?
Thanks!

However, an added benefit for PDT if a DCA base materializes is they’ll be able to pull in more 145 qualified Trans States pilots that were based there and don’t wish to relocate or fear their companies future as well as CommutAir Pilots whose careers have stagnated as a result of not passing one of the many CPP hurdles with United. It’s likely that most of that potential group would be DEC eligible which would be useful in helping to address PDTs captain shortage since appreciable pay raises are off the table.
