I am trying to understand how consolidation works with USERRA. (I wasn't familiar with what consolidation was before this thread). Does USERRA not apply pre-consolidation?

If it helps I am not going to start any of them until the fall. Pay wise, if all contracts remain the same, starting at Endeavor at year 0 after the deployment still pays more than starting year 3 most other places except republic.
My deployment timeline also is a factor, it's a singular position that I am either next for or after next. Meaning it could occur almost 12 months later in which case I would probably consolidate no matter where I went. I don't have any control over it, as this is a BOHICA deployment and squarely in the "do not want" category.
