what should the pay be for a new hire to sit right seat in a King Air 350 and 90
my answer to Iron Walt is that the pay should be higher if you attended factory school, this would also indicate a a desire to keep someone around, as an untrained, low hour seat warmer, the pay will be and should be lower.
