Ecic has advanced significantly since an mp3 download course. There is about 10-15 hours of video and audio instruction. Additionally suported by unlimited 4 hour webinars with 10-15 other guys/gals and a mediator. The mediator that did my webinar used to do FDX hiring 3 years ago as an HR guy asking questions, and I have heard that the other mediators are similarly qualified. When AA did call I got a 90 minute one on one 3 days before the interview. If you get called by another carrier that does the SBIs you get an additional 4 hour webinar to cover that. And if you still arent confident they will give you another one on one before the interview.

My assesment: If you are a mil only guy, you need it. If you have been through a couple regional interviews and have a feel for it maybe not. Best 400$ I ever spent.
