I mean it's honestly hard to blame the company, they're doing exactly what I'd expect them to do. If you ask someone for $100 and they just give it to you no strings attached is it your fault for taking it? I don't think so.
It takes two to tango, and it's the Union that keeps signing these letters of agreement without any input from the pilot group. In my two years here at PSA I'd be better off if the Union had sat on its hands the whole time. Instead I'm getting screwed around on reserve because the Union traded my seniority and forced me to upgrade.
I had always planned on hanging out and waiting for the flow, but if we don't see some actual improvements pretty quick in 2019 I'll probably start looking to jump ship.
