You seriously want to pin the blowback on “pilot’s don’t like change”? This is a 5-7 year garment and goes so far beyond the annoyance of learning a new callout or SOP procedure.
Nothing I suggested is personal, it’s just business to give the majority of pilots a voice. PDRs don’t mean squat.
The fact that there hasn’t been a peep from the committee should tell you something.
