The first part is untrue. The PDR system has provided data that has brought change and refinement to our contract, its interpretation and implementation.

By filing a PDR about this uniform issue pilots will be writing directly to those involved in the decision process. The contractural uniform is basically two-fold, we have a say and the Company will pay for any changes.

The second part is a bit more difficult to quantify. I've heard seen and been a part of resolutions that rarely do anything other than make a few people feel heard.

I might also add the grievance process has and will continue to be a vital part of the contract refinement process.
