With 4 regionals and United having a crew base in IAH, what do you think of the feasability / practicality / profitability of buying a house near the airport and renting the individual bedrooms out to IAH-based crewmembers? With the costs of apartments being what they are and most pilots not wanting to tie themselves down to a mortgage when they are in the regionals I figured it might be a good market to try and capture.
