I'm talking about process, you're talking about content. The content is best left to each LEC, by resolution, at an LEC meeting, IMO.
The content is exactly what starts the process. It's all about the content. And in case you didn't know, LEC members can't write and floor resolutions at their meetings. That has to be done by members (you) at the meeting. And voted on by other members. To then be ruled timely or untimely by the LEC.
So the process is all about the content. If the content of your resolution is weak it will die a quick death, as it should be. And any scrutiny your resolution would get here would be three times worse at the meeting of a council that actually knows how to conduct union business.
