All this growth sounds great for the company, but with all the other regionals hiring and paying more, how will they staff these planes/routes?
Just spoke with Chuck Colgan on the phone... they are hiring street captains right now for the SF-340. Plans to hire quite a few from what he said. Just hired the first batch today... mostly RJ FO's that have been sitting right seat for a while it sounds like.
Also... they are phasing out the B-1900.
