I’ve seen it in person 3 times now via the uniform testers. I still don’t get it, and pretty sure I never will. I’ve been trying to keep an open mind, but I can’t help but agree with what was said above. Give me something professional that I won’t be embarrassed wearing in front of colleagues and the general public. Small changes of the color to the current design shouldn’t be a huge ask. Pilots don’t need to be making fashion statements for the airline.
