The caveat is all my time is piston. Is that going to be a disqualifier? I know and have talked with a number of JB pilots and they all tell me to apply regardless. I'm in my 50's so I have a limited timeframe to work with in the 121 world.
Disqualifier? Technically, no.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane category and multiengine class ratings (Unrestricted or Restricted)
500 hours in fixed wing airplanes
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
Was it actually part 121 and in a Cessna 402 that said “Cape Air” on the tail? Because THAT would have you in the next class.
