Hey Management, when the time comes that you really need us it's going to cost more to get us back on the "team" than had you just shared in the first place.
But but....it lessens the dividend you can pay the investors thereby driving down the eps and lessening the potential value of the stock making stock options much less lucrative. What.... you don’t have stock options?
