So, if in the new contract, all pilots flying for United and for Mana Air were covered, and a pilot hired at Mana Air was given a seniority number on the same list as pilots at United Airlines, would that count as "insourcing" the flying? Would the 70 seaters being flown by Mana air count against the 70/76 seat limit? Would flying an E-195 at Mana Air be allowed, since they would be flown by pilots on our seniority list?

I am sure that there are some creative solutions being looked at!!
