Our interview is a personality interview...Jim Ream was known for coming into new hire classes on the first day and saying, "Congratulations, you're not an A-hole." They know you can fly airplanes from your resume... The experience in my class ranged from 600 to 9,000 hours, a few of us had turbine time, I had Military Heavy time. Just from reading aviationinterviews.com, the majority of people flunk the interview for bad paperwork...that probably got Shark, unless he has a personality disorder.
