It is open to vehicles but not pedestrian traffic. The airport shuttle picks up at the corner with the Aloft to get you to the terminal.
Thanks for taking the time to reply! Is that shuttle for any employee or just 9E folks? Is it the purple route bus, or what does that shuttle look like so I will know it when I see it...? Thanks!
