This really depends on which base you are at so you will get various answers. I’m in Phoenix where we have 6 Captains for 2 routes so generally am home every other night when working. I only have 3 times in February that I will be overnight 2 days in a row. The 12-14 days off is what they shoot for. I have had as little as 11 and as much as 13.
