As for this place not having (basically) any spares... completely stupid.
I took us home from a cruise on Sunday. Nothing like sitting in the terminal for 8 hours on MX, then finally board only to then air return (total shock) then 2 hours later finally get going on a 3 hour flight home.
I get it if things break down at an out-station, but for us to not have any spares, in one of your large bases, is completely retarded.
What I experienced is going to happen almost every single day here somewhere in our system. It is NOT okay.
