There is a weird measuring stick at NetJets. Sure there are some truly disgruntled pilots there (there are everywhere) but honestly it seems like anyone that has legitimate concerns and tries to look at things from a realistic POV, is chastised as being overtly negative.
The cultish positivity is good for your individual happiness but not everyone who takes issue with legitimate problems there is a "non stop whine fest."
