Nothing - if you're a 7-year Eagle FO or 4+ years into the right seat like your friend at Comair, or if you're making a move for QOL reasons only (like a domicile closer to home). I agree... AWAC will see 2 years here pretty soon I think! I was hired here with a class of 8... half our class is gone, the entire class behind me is gone, all in search of quicker upgrades. Some went to SKYW, CHQ, ASA, and its amazing...had they stayed here they'd be halfway up the list unstead of in the bottom 20%.
