Under normal circumstances I would never advocate for a Pilit to be fired, but he needs to be fired immediately. Hopefully criminal charges will be pending. And if I were the victim here, I would sue him for every last bitter cent he has.
Starting to sound like this wasn’t as one sided as you initially implied. Just as children are disciplined in our schools, both sides need to be held accountable.
