Just wanted to add, I have checked the alpa interactive seniority list and it is showing both names that are assigned the trip to be junior to me. The reason CS gave was that the trip was no longer available, meaning this guy/girl also requested it and was awarded it over me.

Do I contact union or CS to get more details?
